This community service program aims to enhance the effectiveness of information systems at Class IIA Salemba Correctional Facility through the implementation of digital information media based on QR Codes in the cultivation and livestock sectors. This topic was chosen due to the low utilization of information technology within the prison environment and the importance of empowering inmates (WBP) with digital skills. The service method was conducted through a participatory approach, including training sessions, technical assistance, and direct implementation of QR Codes in the cultivation and livestock areas. The target participants included officers, visitors, and inmates involved in vocational training. The results of this activity showed improved efficiency in data management for cultivation and livestock, easier information access for visitors and staff, and increased digital literacy among inmates. Beyond serving as an information tool, the QR Codes also functioned as a learning medium for inmates to develop skills relevant to current industry needs. Therefore, this innovation not only supports the modernization of correctional services but also contributes to the rehabilitation
