Brawls involving students are a form of juvenile delinquency that often occurs in various regions in Indonesia and has a serious impact on security, order, and the future of the younger generation. This study aims to analyze the role of the Police as part of the criminal justice system in handling violent acts of brawls, as well as identify social environmental factors that affect the occurrence of brawls among students. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, through literature review and analysis of empirical phenomena. The results of the study show that the Police have an important role in preventive and repressive efforts, including through Police Goes To School activities, student raids, routine patrols, and coaching for the perpetrators of brawls. In addition, it was found that internal factors such as identity crisis, weak self-control, and inability to adapt, as well as external factors such as family, school, and peer association were also the main triggers for brawls.
