This study examines how the implementation of a point system and the role of organizational administrators affect the discipline of female students at MTs Darunnajah Jakarta. A deep understanding of the factors influencing student discipline is essential for designing appropriate strategies to enhance the quality of education. This research employs a quantitative approach. Data were collected through surveys administered to third-year female students at MTs Darunnajah Jakarta. Data analysis was conducted using regression analysis. The results indicate that the implementation of the point system has a positive and significant impact on student discipline. This is evidenced by a correlation value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 35.5%. Furthermore, the role of organizational administrators also has a positive and significant influence on student discipline, with a correlation value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 60%. Additionally, this study found that the combined implementation of the point system and the role of organizational administrators significantly contributes to student academic achievement, with a coefficient of determination of 75.4%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the point system and the role of organizational administrators play a crucial role in enhancing the discipline of female students at MTs Darunnajah Jakarta.
